Midland Appliance Return Policy

At Midland Appliance, we value quality in all its forms. If you are not fully satisfied with your product at the time of delivery, please let our Delivery Team know and we will work with you to make it right. It’s one more way that we ensure a beautiful fit for our customers.

Please ensure to fully inspect your items upon pick-up or delivery. Once your items have been signed for as accepted, all sales are considered final. Any request for exceptions will be managed on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to a minimum 35% restocking fee. You may be charged a retrieval fee if you require us to remove your product from your home.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Special Order Products
  • Clearance, Floor Models, or Any Items Purchased "As Is"
  • Parts, Kits or Accessories
