Disinfection

The professional washers come with specialized disinfection programs which fulfil the strict standards of public health authorities. This is assured with a high-power output and a heating system that ensures that the chosen temperature is reached and maintained in order to guarantee disinfection. Our disinfection program has an efficient pre-wash, which ensures that all proteins in the laundry are dissolved and removed before raising the temperature in the main wash.

Spin without vibrationsThe outer drum rests on four strong shock absorbers firmly attached to the steel bottom plate. The entire construction is located inside the machine and spinning at high spin speed can be done virtually free of vibrations. The specially developed mop program takes extra good care of your cleaning equipment. An efficient cold pre-wash removes larger fractions of dirt and gravel before the efficient main wash.

The washing machines are prepared for connection to external dosing systems and the machine can control up to six different chemicals and automatically adjusts the amount according to the weight of the load, which will prevent overdose and will save the environment and also save money. You can also easily connect standard peristaltic pumps for dosing detergent and make a simple programming in the service menu to set the time the pump should be active.

Active Drum

Perfectly crafted Active Drum™ - we care about your laundry by taking care of the details. ASKO has a unique drum shape and hole pattern in the drum providing deep cleaning and gentleness at the same time. We call it Active Drum™. You call it perfectly clean laundry. Active Drum™ test - we added 23,6 grams of gravel and started a normal wash cycle. After the wash the remaining gravel was collected, photographed and weighed. Remaining gravel from the active drum was 0,6 g which is only 2,7 % of the original weight.

Stainless Steel Outer Drum

The outer drum in an ASKO professional washer is made of durable stainless steel. Why? Because it is tougher, has higher quality and allows for you to wash at higher temperatures and spin at higher speed. The top and front plates are also made of stainless steel.

Hot and Cold Connections

SKO Professional washers can be connected to both cold and hot water sources. Connecting to a hot water source shortens the washing cycles and lowers the energy consumption of your washer. An optimal result is achieved using a 65º C water source.

Drain connections

Your ASKO professional washer can be equipped with either a pump or valve draining connection. An outlet valve is preferred in heavy-duty environments, reducing program times by taking water out of the drum faster, while also allowing larger fractions of dirt to pass more easily compared to using a drain pump.

We know you have other things to do than to figure out complicated functionalities on your appliances. ASKO Professional washers are easy to use and maintain with the intuituve EasyControl™ LCD screen, programming and set-up of the washer is easy. You’ll be up and running in no time, just as we like it.

Professional Door System - Easy Loading and Unloading

The door function is key on a washing machine, and with the right design it makes a big difference. That is why we put extra energy into designing a unique door system. The door opens 180 degrees which makes it possible to put a laundry basket close to the opening. Thanks to the rubber bellow free Smart Seal™ construction loading and unloading is easier than ever. Finally, the smart door lock re-uses the energy from opening the door when you close it. Just give it a slight push in the right direction and it closes like magic.

Full Colour TFT Display

The EasyControl™ TFT display makes handling and programming your ASKO professional washer easy and intuitive. With a left-to-right interaction, the user is guided through set-up and programming of the washer in one of 25 supported languages, which makes it easy to use ASKO Professional washing machines all over the world.

Motor Weight Control

The operating costs are kept at a minimum thanks to the motor weight control that measures the load weight and calculates the amount of water needed for the washing cycle. If you use Auto Dose the motor weight control will also calculate the amount of detergent needed, avoiding both underdosing and expensive overdosing.
